Church, Spartanburg Chamber Choir - Observe or sing with this noted UK organist and
composer as he leads the Chamber Choir in rehearsal and performance. Host – Marcia & Holt
Andrews – Chapter sponsored event. If AGO members desire to sing, please contact Holt
immediately. All of these events are in the sanctuary and open to AGO members:

September 26: Choral rehearsal, 7:00 PM
September 27: Choral/orchestral rehearsal, 9:30 AM
September 27: Lunch with Philip, 12:00 PM (free, but please contact Holt to reserve a place)
September 28: Concert, 3:00 PM
November 6, 2025 7:00 PM (Thursday) – Chapter Member Recital – Bethel United
Methodist Church, Spartanburg – Advent/Christmas theme. These are always wonderful
events to play one of your favorite pieces at a different pipe organ.

February 21, 2026 (Saturday) 10:30-12:30 PM – Pedals, Pipes, Pizza – First Presbyterian
Church, Spartanburg – Help us promote the pipe organ to piano students in this program that
inspires young pianists to consider playing the King of Instruments. This is a fast-moving
program for students ages 8+ where they learn about the sounds and mechanics of the pipe
organ, including getting a chance to perform. The program ends with a pizza lunch. Free to all.

April 23, 2026 (Thursday) 6:00 PM Dinner; 7:30 PM Wedding Music – Central Methodist
Church, Spartanburg - Join us for a catered dinner followed by a program of what we like to
play for wedding music. Sign up to play or share your list of favorites. Facility host – Brian
Dailey. Contact Lane Hill by April 14 to participate. $15/person for dinner. The program is open to all.
May 11, 2026 (Monday) 6:00 PM – Annual Dinner Meeting/Election of Officers – Dray
Bar, Spartanburg. Welcome another completed season with colleagues and friends. Help
determine 2026-2027 chapter programs. All invited. Pay on your own.
